The Ukrainian government introduced a state of emergency because of the crisis in the energy sector, caused by the Ukrainian radicals that block the delivery of coal to Ukraine from Donbass by railroad. Rada lawmaker Vladimir Parasyuk urged to physically destroy the leader of the "Ukrainian choice" movement and Kiev representative at the talks in Minsk, Viktor Medvedchuk. He also promised to strengthen the blockade of freight traffic on the demarcation line. Radicals didn’t understand premiere Groisman's pleas to lift the blockade, because most of all, it harms the residents of Ukraine. In some eye glasses shops, there are even signs “100% discount for OSCE”. It’s also an element of irony. Or such signs and drawings hinting at the OSCE poor eyesight.
